About BloodBanker

BloodBanker is a directory of blood, plasma, and platelet donation centers across the United States and Canada. It ran for years as a community directory of places to donate, went offline, and is now being rebuilt from the ground up.

We recovered 2,152 centers and 5,222 donor reviews from the original directory and put them on a modern, fast, ad-free site. Because some of that data is years old, we check each center against current sources where we can, and we label what we couldn't confirm instead of hiding it. Every listing shows one of these statuses:

• Verified active: matched to a current authoritative source.
• Network operating: run by a blood network we've confirmed is still active.
• Needs confirmation: restored from older records but not yet re-verified. If you know its status, tell us.

Donation type, booking links, and whether a center pays for plasma are inferred from the operating organization, so treat them as a starting point. Call ahead to confirm hours, appointment rules, pay, and eligibility before you go. In general you can donate if you're in good health, weigh at least 110 lbs, and are 16 or 17 with consent or 18 and over.
